From the first visit the research, enthusiasm and effort he injected was head and shoulders above his peers. Throughout the whole sale process David has been communicative and generous with his time offering advice and being a sounding board for thoughts and direction. Genuinely felt valued. He has worked 7 days a week, often responding to emails outside of business hours in order to secure a sale. In a world of increasingly faceless customer service, chat bots and online portals, I thoroughly recommend and value Chandlers service, knowledge and personable interaction.

Clair then had the task of ensuring the purchase went smoothly, and she certainly did, very informative throughout, quick to reply with any queries we had, and made it feel a very personal experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and i felt supported at every step. Highly recommend this agency and Marta for anyone looking to rent or buy a home.
1st Jun 2022 (2 years ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

In our case solicitors made it a real trial but our thanks to Colin like a dog with a bone who got the whole mess sorted. We didn't use Annafield in this instance but if we ever sell again we would use Colin and his team in a heartbeat.

I was a first-time buyer and he guided me patiently through the process, getting answers to my many questions often much quicker than my solicitor. He always seemed organised and his communication was clear and timely on the phone, email and Whats App - whichever you prefer. As a buyer, I felt he was honest and fair to both me and the sellers. He was friendly and chatty but not at all pushy. I would 100% recommend Phil and Hancock's Estates.
