It did turn out to be a little bit more complicated and he kept us fully informed right the way through making sure we knew exactly what was going on even when it seemed like things were going bad. Would definitely use Tony again and recommend him to anybody.

Its lovely to be greeted with a smile, even when the road gets a bit bumpy.. George and his team helped guide me through the process and their tenacity to push things through quickly to achieve such a speedy completion was nothing short of a miracle - for which I am very grateful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

2nd Aug 2022 (2 years ago)Wonderful experience from start to finish, Meredith was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the auction process. As a first time auction seller my dad was a little unsure how complicated it might be but was pleasantly surprised, the entire process went very smoothly. We couldn't recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough, always went above and beyond. Surpassed all expectations in every way, my dad was delighted with the result, as was I. Can't thank the team enough and a special thank you again to Meredith for all of her time and efforts. We look forward to the next one!!

22nd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
15th Aug 2024 (11 weeks ago)My wife chose LPG and she hit on a winner. From the listing, managed by Elliot, to Completion, we experienced outstanding service. LPG achieved a relatively quick "Sale Agreed". However, we were in a chain of 6 or 7 and the progress to Exchange and then Completion was quite arduous. In this, we were greatly assisted by Julia Arden of LPG. She was absolutely tireless and on the ball, relentlessly going up and down the chain chasing responses and urging action on the dilatory ones. I cannot imagine anyone being able to improve on her performance. Despite many frustrations, her professionalism shone through. A tower of strength. I can unequivocally recommend LPG.

The whole team were incredibly helpful and made this process much easier for us and I could recommend them more.

Very bad experience initially started good until the figures came in, that was a shocker & way too low I did feel pressured & harassed by calls etc. Felt They wanted an instant descion & gave false information which I checked out with my solicitor, I did get a few apologies about the initial recommended value admitting it was low. What if I had agreed??. Avoid this company and their associates give them a wide berth.
