Openly discriminating against people who claim UC and have children, despite passing all the credit/affordability checks, good references, proof of employment etc wouldn't even consider me. Despite it now being illegally to discriminate against people who claim UC. Avoid.

17th May 2024 (24 weeks ago)Time wasters! Misleading advertising and offers. They initially sent an offer requiring a 3-month deposit with monthly or quarterly payments. However, when I decided to proceed with the contract, they changed the terms, demanding a 7-month deposit, 3 months' advance payment, and the annual building insurance fee paid upfront—something typically covered by the landlord.
