11th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I would have gave this place a 0 star!! I approached the rental department to find me tenants for my property. I trusted this company as this is what they are professionals in. This agent miserably failed to do the proper checks on the tenants. The tenants they approved stopped paying the rent after 2 months of moving in.The tenants this company approved have NO respect for my property. Ive had to take the tenants to court for possession of property, which has cost me thousands. I’ve had sleepless nights, anxiety and bought on a lot of stress. DO NOT use this agents!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

I’ve let my home through Ian Perks since 2020, and when our house went up for sale, they helped ensure its sale to another landlord with us in situ. They were reassuring and helpful and helped guide us through the process, keeping me updated every step of the way. During the process of the sale, Ian Perks helped ensure that it caused as little inconvenience and disturbance to us as possible. Would 100% recommend to those looking to rent or buy/sell.

She recruited the relevant workman and got a quote most efficiently. She advised me with regard to how to seek an insurance claim. As ever, Nock Deighton are just great to manage property. 18th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)It was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I’m shocked!! They told me to send them my lease the landlord is interested in your business. I have provided all the requirements perfectly. Suddenly they called me and told me the landlord has chosen another tenant in private apart from the company and has decided to give it to another tenant. I have paid for expenses in lease preparations everything was perfect! I think it is the agents fault !!! But when a property, unit owner r a shop is given to a company only this company can do the renting or selling process… this is a big lie and it’s really a shame for this company..

In particular the lovely young chap Josh who was very polite and professional when meeting and showing us around a property. 7th May 2024 (12 days ago)We are very glad that we walked in to G & T properties in serch of a larger property to rent with our newborn baby. We were struggling to find a place because of the high demand. One of the office associates Rajan Singh(Raj Tagger) has been very supportive in arranging viewings for the beautiful house that we are moving in, that we really appreciate. Also another associate Mr. Dean has been prompt and efficient in closing the application for us and helping us secure this property. He was able to think from our shoes and act accordingly, and could make things happen. And of course Ellis Amos, has been out go to person answering every questions we had patiently and made thos moving process a breeze. I would strongly recommend G & T if you are struggling to find a suitable place for your next move. We greatly appreciate your services.
10th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)It has been one and a half years since Centrick took over the management of my property, and it has been a terrible experience living in my flat. They have been unprofessional, entering my flat without permission, and constantly seeking excuses to evict me despite timely rent payments. They issued a Section 21 notice, and now they are increasing the rent significantly, requiring me to undergo referencing again despite three years of continuous renting. They are also altering payment dates arbitrarily as a new agent takes over, causing unnecessary stress. Despite my attempts, senior management has not reached out to address these issues. I cannot recommend Centrick to landlords or tenants based on the distressing experience I've endured.

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
