They were efficient with getting everything sorted and all the paperwork needed. We have not exchanged or completed yet but couldn’t fault them!

Their positivity and support gave us back the confidence we needed at a stressful time and led to a successful and happy sale. We have been most impressed with Richard's professionalism and understanding of our needs. Thank you to the whole team for being so nice! We wouldn't hesitate in coming to you again if we ever move again (which we're not planning on doing soon)!

7th May 2024 (13 days ago)Rang them once. Spoke to someone, they didn’t answer after that. Subsequently sent web enquiries through Rightmove and separately, two emails. They responded to nothing. No texts, emails, calls…nothing. Finally, sent them an email telling them what I thought of them. Used to feel sorry for them. No longer . With Savills and Knight Frank over taking them they’re on their way out. They made their choice. They can live with the consequences. Goodbye Butler Sherborne. You had a choice about how you treated me. I will enjoy witnessing your decline.

7th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Cirencester Butler Sherborn branch have just helped us buy our first house. From the moment we spotted the property on their Instagram post to the time we picked up our keys, communication was excellent and efficient. We also used the agents recommended solicitors for the house sale and they were super fast and very quick at arranging everything along with answering queries. Sophie & Lucia at Butler Sherborn have been very attentive and we cannot fault them, thank you! Mr & Mrs Chamberlain

3rd May 2024 (17 days ago)Property management is appalling. Lack of communication and no compassion for their tenants. I reported a WASTE WATER leak in January that has destroyed the exterior of the building and the garden and has left stagnant waste water in our garden for months and now in May i am yet to see the building be repaired, even after environmental health declaring this a hazard to public health - no sense of urgency to actually fix the repair, no compensation, not even an ounce of empathy from any of the property management team or the owners. I chase the issue and just get ignored. Minor issues may get looked at but not worth the risk with this company.

It was a difficult move for me and I had so much support, they really did go the extra mile. I also found them honest which was not what I experienced with other agents in the town when it came to purchasing. They will take time to present your property with expert photos, and will find you the right buyer, they will listen to you, they will guide you and they will support you. I can't rate them highly enough.
