Not pushy when I was looking around the property and allowed me space to view. Then very supportive and communicative during the buying process. Would highly recommend! Further to this, I recently sold my house with Bill and he provided exceptional customer service. He was helpful, supportive and really went the extra mile to support with my sale.

Very approachable, understanding and easy to get hold-off (unlike many other agents). The whole process was smooth and they kept us informed every step of the way. Harry sold the house, but Aimee navigated the tricky waters of an unwieldy chain professionally and cheerfully. We have recommended her to several friends and neighbours.

Great communication, fair and forthright when negotiating our offer; a pleasure to deal with. In the minefield that is the property market Lincoln and team offered a refreshing change to the status quo and our purchase proceeded without a hitch. 2nd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)One of the most professional and reliable lettings agents I’ve ever rented from! Everyone working on the lettings side have always been friendly and efficient throughout my tenancy. The amount of care that they’ve exhibited as a lettings agent has been truly outstanding and I genuinely appreciate it. Queries/problems (albeit minimal!) have always been dealt with efficiently. If you’re thinking about renting a property with Davies and Partners, don’t think twice, they’ll get snapped up quick. Circumstances have changes for me but if I needed to find a home again, I wouldn’t rent from anybody else!

We are in the process of buying through their Towcester branch and so far the communication, pragmatic advice and guidance and the general support on offer has been second to none. The whole team have been great although we've worked mainly with Karen, who has without doubt gone above and beyond with communication, following up third parties, and keeping the process moving as quickly as possible. If you are looking to buy or sell, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Howkins and Harrison.

They wait for you to go on the market with another agent and then phone on a daily basis to try get your business when your in contract with someone else. The agents that show you around are to busy on Snapchat and not interested at all

After a valuation exercise with a few different agents, I chose Cesare and Co because of their industry experience and professionalism in communication with me. I had an offer of my asking price and their finger was on the pulse the whole way through the sales process. Thank you for helping me achieve my goal and I am now in a position to relocate! Everyone in the office were friendly and very hard working.

She was completely transparent in the way she operated from the start (a refreshing change from other agents) and offered us solid advice on how to get the sale done. On top of this she was a pleasure to work with and absolutely determined to get the best possible outcome for her client. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Private Realtor.

25th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)I have to say renting with Regents of Berkhamsted has been fantastic, they have been on point with everything they do and provided such a tenant like myself and my small family everything we needed. never a problem when anything broke down or needed fixing. I was with them since September 2012 and just recently moved back to London for work reasons and a marriage break up. Definitely living the dream as they say. Rental properties here go like hot cakes in Berkhamsted, so you are dead lucky to get one in such a prestigious Town like this. Well moving on I would like to say renting with Regents has been a pleasurable experience for me and I would like to say they are the best Estates Agents by far in the area. Thankyou to all the team there who have supported me for over a decade. ps. I know where I am coming back to buy in future when I reach retirement age, until then all the best!!
