From the get go George has communicated fantastically and always been contactable and he has kept us up to date throughout the process.
24th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Would not recommend this. My flatmates and I had the worst experience as (international students) tenants. They wouldn't return our calls and emails even in some emergency cases and rarely solved the tenants' issues. Maintenance was weak as well. It was last year but I'm still having nightmares about it, it cased us so much stress and anxiety. I hope I never have to use their service again.

16th May 2024 (3 days ago)I was disappointed with the performance of the agent. We discussed the pricing strategy before listing and agreed an approach but when it came down to offers I felt pressured to accept much lower than we’d discussed, even in the first few weeks of listing. Consequently we have removed our property from sale and will be looking to re-list with someone else at a future date.

Harry sold the house, but Aimee navigated the tricky waters of an unwieldy chain professionally and cheerfully. We have recommended her to several friends and neighbours.
2nd May 2024 (17 days ago)I am a first time buyer so no previous experience about getting an state agent appointment, viewing itself is totally a new experience for me. I was bit nervous on the day of my house viewing on the top tensed about how I will manage to view three houses in 45 minutes without any personal vehicle. In my first property viewing I explained my situation to Jack and he was very kind and helpful. He gave lift to me and my husband and showed us all three properties. It was a great experience. Being a first time buyer I asked so many questions to Jack but he was very nice and polite in answering all our questions. If the state agents are supportive and helpful like Jack buying a house can be pleasent experience. It should say my overall experience is very satisfying. Thanks Jack

25th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Scammers/ silent thieves I don't recommend miHome for vendors / sellers. They work in favour of the buyer. Overall, from the experience after dealing with mi Home estate agent, I can say that they do not owe any duty of care to their vendors. Introducing buyer who never viewed the house before putting offer. undervalued the house and saying that the house build is not of good quality and would not worth more than the offer- pressure to exchange at the buyer convenience without waiting for the seller to be ready. Husain tried to get the seller to sign a declaration written by the buyer with a financial liability if sale fall through. Additionally, Mi- Hime response below is not true. The sold price was lower than the agreed price on the contract by £200000. We were not ready for the exchange and asked for extra time. Mi home put pressure to exchange on buyer convenient date. When we rejected, Husain emailed us untrue claim that if the buyer pull out from the sale it will be considered as indirect withdraw , which we never heard of or stipulated in the contract. I hope this explains that MI home is only after commission and satisfying buyer. How could they introduce a buyer who never seen the house before offer? Any vendor lists a house on the market, he needs to secure a buyer with the agreed price on contract. Mi Home brought the buyer and stated that the offered price is the right for the this house quality build. Sale price was far less than the agreed price which was based on comparable and recent sale. What is more important than the price is the integrity and due care of client which Mi home failed to meet: 1- pressure the exchange date, against the UK law. 2- attempting to have a declaration from the seller with financial liability to be paid to the buyer if sale fall through. This is against UK law. The declaration worked on by the agency and buyer!!!!

They wait for you to go on the market with another agent and then phone on a daily basis to try get your business when your in contract with someone else.
