Throughout the process, I found Darren Burke and his team, efficient, friendly, helpful and supportive. The selling details/photos were of a high quality and their advice on how to market the property and at what price were spot on. Based on my recent experience, I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Premier Estates office/team on Canvey Island.

29th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I was a first time buyer, and as a buyer I thought E&S did a fantastic job. Zuhre was very responsive, understanding, and honest during the process, explained what needed to be done, and did a great job liaising with the sellers (which was not always easy!). Dan was very good at showing the property, and understood well on what needed to be done, and did a great job getting both the sellers and me to agree on completion. Even though the sellers were their clients, I thought they did a great job looking out for me too. Would definitely recommend, and use them for selling a property.

16th May 2024 (4 days ago)I needed a valuation for probate purposes. We arranged a suitable appointment straight away. Kasey arrived on the time agreed and carried out a thorough inspection before explaining everything, showing comparable house prices and the reason for her valuation. Based on her excellent service so far I definitely recommend her and will be back when it comes to selling the house.

18th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We used to Beresfords to let out our house in Witham. They let it out to someone who was selling drugs out of the house. Since he’s been out - we’ve had friends who have moved in. We’ve been told by multiple neighbors that they complained to Beresfords about the drug problem - and we were never notified. Our friends said that they found used needles in the house when they moved in in the bathroom, even after Beresfords supposedly did an inventory of the home (Beresfords also told us they checked for animals and found no evidence of them - even though there were large amounts of animal poo in the backyard.) Would not trust them to help with letting out a property again.

I bought a flat in 2020 and Brexit crises were making me worried, however, they were mentioned by a very close friend of mine and I feel really fortunate that I listened to him by signing up with ABC Gone. With in no time the rent started and never had any issues since then. Sigita has been really polite and helpful in day to day dealings and always have a solution to every problem I encountered. I take this opportunity to thank you for her services and ABC team especially Chris and Beth in maintenance department and look forward to carrying this business relation further with my next ventures... It took 6-7 weeks for an offer on our house, with just 2 viewings for the monthly rental quoted by Balgores. The lettings team are efficient and take on board your requirements. I recommend Michael Charles as he brought 2 families to view and we got an offer. He works incredibly hard for you. Thanks Balgores!
