Lewis would give regular updates on prospective buyers, viewings and just generally kept me informed of all situations. It felt like he was working hard to get the right price for both myself and prospective buyers, I would highly recommend dealing with Lewis at Gilbert and Rose. After a sale was agreed I was put in touch with Claire Skilbeck who was my sales processor, Claire was great - she kept me fully informed throughout the sale, giving me regular updates and it felt like she was really pushing all sides to try and get the exchange/completion to happen smoothly and quickly.

27th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Haven't used them but wanted to give a view on the website. After searching for a specific requirement, you view a property and going back takes you completely out of the selection, meaning you have to input your requirements every time you look at a house. This needs to be amended. Also I could only see at the bottom when interested in a property you have to call (could be wrong but if so wasn't clear could do another way), in all fairness I hate ringing people, needs another option to make contact.
