23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Shocking customer service, poor communication, terrible experience with this company. We viewed a property on Friday 19th, made an offer on the property via email to the member of staff that showed us the property that afternoon, have been calling since and he has not bothered to return a single call of ours, even worse we have now gone on to the listing today 23rd and it has been let elsewhere, still no acknowledgment or response of anything from the member of staff there, even his own colleagues didn't understand why he was not returning our calls or communicating with us, very unprofessional. Very disappointed with the service provided by Martin & Co Camberley.

He went above and beyond what we could have hoped for particularly when we had a buyer but couldn’t find a property. Ed gave us support as well through the months. Rob was vigilant in searching out bungalows as they became available. He really came up trumps with the bungalow we have now moved in to which though it needs a lot of refurbishment it ticks all our boxes. Thank you to all the Hillier Wilson team.

17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Katie Fox handled the sale of the house I just bought, and I have to say they were absolutely fantastic. We dealt mainly with Emma, who remarkably managed to help keep us sane throughout the process that was plagued by delays outside our control. Communication was excellent throughout, and Emma was particularly good at chasing the various solicitors and other parties to help move the process along. I honestly felt Emma might have helped take weeks off the process, and would highly recommend Katie Fox to anyone selling or buying.

Their communication was excellent, always keeping me informed and addressing any concerns promptly. The pictures and videos they got of my property were amazing and that’s because they really spend the time to make sure things are perfect! They really do pay attention to all the little details which is really important when selling and purchasing a house. I highly recommend Simon and Co to anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy and genuinely lovely estate agent!

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I was in a position to move on this as quickly as possible and a viewing was arranged for me straight away. I am very excited to be moving in soon and the experience I had was excellent. Freddie Milne was very professional, great communicator, honest, very prompt and gave great advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
