It was exceptionally amazing renting with PM estates. Me and my partner faced undetermined circumstances with few other rental agencies. While searching we accidentally meeting with one of the agent of PM estates through which we met Matthew. His expertise and dedication facilitated a smooth process in finding a wonderful house. I highly recommend Matthew and PM estates for their exceptional service in finding the perfect home.

2nd Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)Back in 2023, I appointed two agents to sell my home in Great Dunmow, Beresfords were head and shoulders above the other agent, more viewings, better communications etc. it wasn’t an easy sale falling through twice, Ben was excellent throughout, always responsive to calls, full of good ideas and saw the sale through in a professional manner from start to finish. Overall a very good service.

14th May 2024 (6 days ago)We went with Intercounty as Kerry Hill was an agent there and she sold us our house 6 years ago and I was so impressed by her. As expected Kerry was fantastic! But, we were very pleasantly surprised by the incredible team in the office. They actively SOLD the house, opposed to just letting it sit on the website. They were all very knowledgeable about my home when showing potential buyers and they were absolutely fantastic at keeping us up to date with what was going on. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough.

Moving with a toddler is not for the faint hearted haha! But now that we've some what settled - I could not fault intercounty Stansted! From the very first evaluation with Peter to competition with Tom we had so much guidance and support. They were excellent especially with dealing with our buyers solicitors who were awful and extremely rude to both them and our solicitors (they were also Stansted based for anyone looking at solicitors avoid). Incredibly friendly and not at all pushy or your "typical" estate agents. They respect you and your home and guide you rather than tell you what to do. If we ever want to move back to the area in the future they will be our first port of call for sure! We have recommended them so many times already! Thank you so much guys!

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

27th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Haven't used them but wanted to give a view on the website. After searching for a specific requirement, you view a property and going back takes you completely out of the selection, meaning you have to input your requirements every time you look at a house. This needs to be amended. Also I could only see at the bottom when interested in a property you have to call (could be wrong but if so wasn't clear could do another way), in all fairness I hate ringing people, needs another option to make contact.

15th May 2024 (5 days ago)We first started renting our property from Leaders when they were known as Euro Let and dealt with Debbie Aldis from the get-go. Debbie has always been extremely friendly, professional and understanding. She will go the extra mile for tenants especially when dealing with an unreasonable landlord (unfortunately that was the case for ours) and was not afraid to go into bat for the tenant when it was necessary. I can honestly say that all dealings I had with any member of the Bishop Stortford team was a pleasure. Down to earth staff whom you felt comfortable speaking with. Would highly recommend renting through them.
