5th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Kassim Shaikh, one of the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with in my life, takes advantage of private and confidential deals within retail properties, using clients against each over to gain more commission. I recommend not using the company.

27th Dec 2023 (8 mo. ago)"I do not recommend this agency as they are deceitful. We lived in a house with leaks, mold, and a constantly malfunctioning boiler. Repairs (except for the boiler) were never conducted. In the end, they asked us to leave and didn't return our deposit. The agent was with us during the move-out, claiming everything was fine (we repainted and cleaned the apartment, but moved into a DIRTY, UNRENOVATED place). Scammers! Avoid them."
