My family and I used GG to handle the sale of our family home in the heart of Pinner and I have nothing other than absolute praise for them in the professional way the entire process has been handled from start to finish. Despite an increasingly challenging property market, with volatile interest rates, uncertainty regarding inflation, and a drop in buyer demand, TJ operated with integrity and professionalism to secure the right buyer and then carefully guide them throughout to ensure a successful sale. Highly recommended!
24th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Would not recommend this. My flatmates and I had the worst experience as (international students) tenants. They wouldn't return our calls and emails even in some emergency cases and rarely solved the tenants' issues. Maintenance was weak as well. It was last year but I'm still having nightmares about it, it cased us so much stress and anxiety. I hope I never have to use their service again.

The staff was very late in replying to me but Vinnay who is new to the agency I think literally took care of me soon as I entered the office and even managed to courtesly take me to a viewing in his car to a viewing. Very active employee who helps people. I will make sure your my first point of contact. Thanks Vinnay.

He was really quick at responding to our emails and calls and made sure that we were kept updated every step of the way. He was so friendly, polite and understanding throughout the entire process and even when met with hurdles he dealt with things so professionally and made us feel at ease with each step of the process. They are not the cheapest but the service they provide is of a real premium standard. They are always quick, efficient, and professional in all dealings. They also have good business sense and connections. They generated far more interest on the sale of the property then another agent we had on a multi agent deal. Would recommend.
3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen.
