Really helpful from the first step of the renting, everyone is responsive and friendly. During the whole tenancy, things got fixed on time. Couldn’t say a bad word to them. We had a great time in Wapping, and highly recommend????????????????

His prompt responses to my messages and proactive approach made a world of difference in what could have been a very stressful experience. Aaron's expertise and guidance were invaluable. He was always available to offer advice and support, ensuring that every step of the process was smooth and efficient. His dedication and professionalism truly set him apart. I cannot thank Aaron enough for his hard work and commitment.
15th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I am writing this review only because of Kerry. She made the check in and check out very smooth. She was extremely polite and helpful. Although my Landlord was very greedy and deducted 420 gbp for cleaning but still I loved interlet and would recommend it to everyone. Enjoyed my stay with interlet and would definitely avail their facilities in the future.

13th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I just sold my flat through Bigmove and I've got only good things to say. My agent Aaron has been super professional throughout and I'm happy to say I've been impressed. He would always make himself available answering questing and addressing my concerns. He made a really nice video of the flat to begin with which almost made me not want to sell it :) Offers arrived shortly after and he helped me pick buyers who would stick to the very end as there was a management company and freeholder in the mix which made the deal take longer than usual, but the important thing is we got there in the end. My experience with estate agents has been pretty poor over the years, but I guess I never worked with Aaron before. Complete five star from me - from start to finish. Thanks again for helping navigate this failrly complicated deal.
27th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)I am Delighted with the professionalism from Donovan to secure new tenants for my flat. He is knowledgeable, efficient and highly responsive. When I had any questions , his reply was literally just a few minutes away even with what I’m sure is a very busy schedule Donovan absolutely gets back to you in a quick time frame. Winkworth are very lucky to have him on their team and I certainly have been impressed with his more than 5 star service. Thank you Donovan.
10th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review. Edit: Point of criticism/feedback: They should make it known more clearly than expecting or asking someone to read the Ts and Cs that they're allowed to pass on your details to utility companies as it was rather stressful to discover when I had attempts from companies to set things up and emails telling me they had, the utility companies that is and I prefer to do things myself. And ask if you want them to pass on your details or not. As when I asked about that they said it's possible. Constructive intended feedback ^

We had multiple collapses throughout the chain and during this time Roberto was consistent in delivering the next solution. In the end Roberto managed to find us a house a week after our seller removed their property from the market. Which was within our budget, preferred area and specification. He was constantly professional, reliable and always available for an update over the phone. We got the keys this week and we're extremely grateful for all the support you've provided in this extremely long journey haha! Thanks Roberto!!!

24th Aug 2024 (28 days ago)We hired Highcastle Estates to assist me to find suitable tennant’s to lease my mother’s bungalow in Essex. Living in California made it very challenging, so I was very fortunate to be assigned Panay and Rica from this office that work extremely hard and to help us find excellent tenants to move in. Panay kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp and guided us through the process, he was very professional and easy to communicate with. Being a landlord myself for 16 years I can appreciate his efforts and work that goes into finding a suitable tennant for a home and I feel Panay checked all the boxes. For this reason I would definitely recommend Highcastle Estates, Panay and Rica. Five stars. Thank you Rob

I had a very protracted sale due to various unforeseen issues and James was a great support, sounding board and helped push solicitors, property management company’s and buyers. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
