We recommend Theodore as well as Kings, who has also served us with great professionalism.

He replied to all my questions quickly and precisely. Also when I had some problems with my bank account, he provided some suggestions to help me solve the problem.
8th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Just a reminder to everyone about how Orland Reid tried their hardest to screw me a while back (unsuccessfully). They subsequently also tried to report my negative review to Google to have it deleted (also unsuccessfully). I still feel so angry about this and feel it's important to warn others about the conduct of this agency, even after some time has passed - here's my original review: AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! These guys tried unsuccessfully to retain my deposit, blame damage on me that was not included on any inventory report and charge me for "work" needed to rectify this fictitious damage using their own workmen, whose quotes for work were laughably extortionate (so no tender process/transparency and taking a cut, no doubt). I had to go through 3 months of tenancy deposit scheme adjudication to get my money back. Their staff and, importantly their owner/partner, deliberately misled me repeatedly and withheld information throughout the whole process, making it as difficult and long winded as possible. The intention must have been that I'd just get too frustrated and give up? They were also paid by the landlord to act on their behalf but at the same time claim to be totally impartial (which is impossible).They are solely motivated by money - this scamming must be part of their business plan and I cannot imagine I am the only one who has had to go through this unnecessary, time consuming and upsetting process. If I could give them zero stars I would. if I could take them to court to reclaim money for the amount of my time they wasted, I would. It makes me so angry that "Estate Agents" like this can still exist. There are so many better, more trustworthy and honest agencies out there, there really is no need to put yourself through the nightmare of dealing with Orlando Reid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You have been warned!

They were helpful, supportive and accommodating in all our dealings with them. When things got a bit stressful towards the end (as they inevitably do) they were a great support to us, really going above and beyond to make the process as smooth and pain free as it could be.

16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

27th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)I got a 1 bedroom flat from anisten homes. It was given to me in a poor state. While being 7 months pregnant I had to give the whole flat a lick of paint, the carpet was professionally washed and the flat got a deep clean including all the kitchen fixtures and fittings. I lived in this flat for 4 years and kept it in mint condition and have never fallen in rent arrears. When I moved out of the flat I left the flat in excellent condition. Clean and ready to move in for next tenants. I left in February 2024. I started chasing up my deposit, however I was not given any response. A couple months later I recieved an email saying my deposit will be deducted to few things as outlined below. Paint touch up. £60 Oven clean. £50 Back garden not been maintained £100 What I dont understand is when I'm the one who pained the whole flat in 2019 when I moved in why am I being charged for paint touch up. I recieved the oven in appaling condition. I cleaned it thoroughly. The garden I cleaned out and cut the grass and also spoke to the landlord about it and he said that's fine. So why am I being charged 100 pounds? I have disagreed with these charges and sent numerous emails to the agent in charge and have called many many times. It is now end of August 2024 and I am still chasing for my deposit. These estate agents are unprofessional and do not care about their tenants. I will never recommend them to anyone. My four years of being a brilliant tenant they di not care about. At the end of the day it's all about squeezing as much money out as possible. Appaling disgraceful Attached are pictures of how I recieved the flat and pictures of how the flat was left when I evacuated.
