7th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Avoid they charge fees which was abolished customer care not great , rude and never answer phone avoid ,,THEY REPLIED AND SAID IT WAS A FAKE REVIEW AND THEY HAVE A FIVE STAR REVIEWS , THATS MORE LIES THEY HAVE A LOT OFF NEG REVIEWS , THEY CHARGE FOR TENNET FEES ITS IN THERE TERM AND CONDITIONS DOWM LOAD THE FEES THEY HAVE DONE IT IN A CRAFTY WAY AVOID

He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process of buying a property smooth. He was very supportive and for a first time buyer it was very welcomed. Phil goes above and beyond and will always respond to calls and messages even on his day off or whilst on holiday! First class service from an experienced mortgage adviser. I highly recommend Phil Miles from William H Brown. Thank you very much Phil.

20th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Extremely happy with the service provided by Acorn Bexleyheath. This review is slightly overdue but we have been enjoying our home so much that I only now had time to sit down and write it. We contacted Acorn for a valuation of our property and received a pleasant surprise with a higher than expected valuation provided by Jake Blackman. Of four agents visiting, Jake was the only agent not only matching but surpassing our expectations. We decided to see if they could deliver and viewings were arranged with Shemron Mark, who secured us an offer above minimum asking price after two viewings. What followed was an equally great service from Shem, who accompanied the entire sale process to a satisfactory completion, pushing where needed to ensure all progressed. Parallel to our sale, Jake was also able to find us our dream home, on which we had an offer accepted before our property for sale was even on the market. This was a lovely bit of magic on his end, which definitely helped seal the deal, as all agents had assured us we would not be able to secure viewings before having accepted an offer. Something we were not very comfortable with. Two months from moving in, I can safely say going woth Acorn was the best decision we could make. Thanks Jake and Shem and the whole team at Acorn for such a great service and a lovely "welcome to your new home" box ???? We are not planning on moving again anytime soon, but if we ever do, we know who to contact.

5th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Our home was on the market for 1 day even in a slower than usual property market when we received offers. All of the team were on hand with practical, sensible and knowledgeable advice from the get go. They are really informed about not just the local area but the full sale process and were able to help resolve a number of issues in our chain when we came across difficulties. We always received quick responses and everyone was so personable to deal with. Could not recommend them enough - 10/10 service. Particular thanks to Jamie & Michelle for making a stressful time so much more manageable.

27th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)I have never left a negative review in my life but for this I have to.. AVOID RENTING WITH FOXTONS AT ALL COSTS. I have been renting a property in Brixton for the past year and reported mould issues 4 months ago (20th May 2024) and to this day (27/08/2024) nothing has been done to rectify it. We have been back and fourth with property management (even crying down the phone) and they are still not letting us move out until we finish the tenancy length (2 year tenancy agreement). The flat is a basement flat and the bathroom doesn't have a window or an extractor fan which we informed foxtons was illegal to which they breezed over and OF COURSE haven't done anything about. We are now living in mould and seeking legal action to try and get out of our tenancy as Foxtons have told us on 3 occasions we have to find someone to replace it if we want to go. As you can see from the photos nobody should be living in these conditions. Every time we ring, our account manager is 'in a meeting' they take days/weeks to respond to a question. In regards to getting something fixed..we are yet to have one issue in our flat/tenancy fixed. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
