Always prompt to reply to emails and with a good connection to the landlord, she always managed to sort any issues we had super promptly. If you can try and get her as your agent, because even if she is off she will make sure you have someone else to talk to who can sort stuff out for you.

They are an excellent company - professional, efficient, attentive & prompt for all aspects of service. Viewings, advice and all aspects of the sales process handled in an excellent manner everything confirmed with calls/emails. Will highly recommend the team if you are considering selling or buying in the bexleyheath area.

When showing me around the property he was able to answer any questions I had and helped me set up meetings with other flatmates to introduce myself. He made the transition when moving house significantly less stressful.
23rd May 2024 (17 weeks ago)I enquired about a new home for my partner and I that I saw on Rightmove. From the start Poppy and Grace where warm, personable and answered the many questions I had (we came with a checklist) and we were able to quickly offer and begin the dealings. From signing the tenancy to finding out all we needed to know, the process was smooth. Your Move themselves have been extremely impressive. We can log repairs through a portal and that is revolutionary compared to the lacklustre and completely nonsense way I had to log repairs through the agency we previously let from who took 2 years to fix one thing and didn't fix anything else. I've reported 3 repairs so far and all of them have been completed already. Your Move have been brilliant so far and so has communicating with Poppy and Grace.
28th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)Somewhat disappointing and underwhelming experience on our house sale, albeit during a difficult economic climate. Lack of communication was a let down, I suspect they are lettings specialists and don’t have the same expertise as other agencies where sales are concerned.
10th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)The entire team is highly unprofessional and uninformed. They do not care about your time or effort. The agents are uninformed even about the basic details about the flat like the area measurements. We had a very unpleasant experience with them recently and would not suggest going for this viewing company.

(80 reviews)30th Aug 2024 (22 days ago)Whenever we had problems with the flat, they would respond quickly - usually they would respond the next day or in two days to address the problem - and would have the repairmen come as soon as possible. Though, earlier during our tenancy they had used an online portal to collect complaints for maintenance but then stopped using it without us being aware of it. I think this would be an area that can improved. Otherwise, Sean has been really lovely and friendly to my friends and I.

E.g. supporting a potential buyer’s plan to rent our house for 12 months & remodel large parts of the house as they saw fit, before commirtting to buy the house! Slightly underhand attitude didn’t inspire us with trust or confidence.

7th Sep 2024 (14 days ago)I want to express my gratitude to your team, especially Matthew, Hayden, and Ben, for helping me find a place that I am extremely satisfied with. From the start, when Matthew first contacted me, I shared my frustration about being repeatedly rejected after making offers, even though I had clearly stated that I had pets. It was evident that previous agents hadn’t paid close attention to my needs, as I specifically needed a landlord who was pet-friendly. This wasted a lot of my time and energy, and I was feeling a bit discouraged. Matthew, however, truly listened to my concerns. He quickly responded with a unit that was guaranteed to accept pets and arranged for a viewing. Knowing I had a long journey to get there, he was flexible enough to send me a video tour of the property first, allowing me to confirm my interest before making the trip. This saved me a lot of time. Hayden from the team then took me for an in-person viewing, and I was immediately satisfied with the place and decided to make an offer. Hayden efficiently handled the negotiations, and we quickly reached an agreement that both sides were happy with, allowing me to move in with peace of mind. Another thing I truly appreciate is the seamless coordination within the entire team. While we were handling the paperwork, Hayden happened to be on leave, but Matthew stepped in to cover for him. Matthew continued assisting me with the rental process, so I didn’t have to wait for Hayden to return. This flexible approach to work really stood out to me. I hope the head office recognizes the strength of this team—perhaps a reward is in order, haha! Ben was responsible for the payment process, and he was incredibly professional and patient, guiding me through the entire payment procedure. I am very thankful for the team’s professionalism, patience, and flexibility in handling my case. I highly recommend them! ????
