23rd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. Lauren is just amazing & I appreciate her for the extra mile she goes in giving that personal touch, even though we meet for just few minutes to view the property. Lauren is an expert & very helpful! must say a Star employee for sure

22nd Jun 2024 (13 weeks ago)Hi, Is almost all properties marked as "let agreed"- so, why they are on the page? You don't have anything else to advert?! Very strange web pages. I was looking in Plumstead area and Woolwich - all of them is marke as "let agreed" - why they are still on the page for letting??!! Take those out and don't miss lead. Very poor service,seamed a good company, but now I don't think so.

23rd Aug 2024 (29 days ago)Jak and Rachel were my main contacts and were brilliant. Jak’s initial consultation was really nice and felt personal rather than just another sale. They found a buyer at the price I expected and once it moved over to Rachel, it was nice to have her available to help when I wasn’t getting updates via the solicitors. She chased, came back to me when she said and helped get the sale over the line. I would recommend and use again the next time I look to move.

27th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)I have never left a negative review in my life but for this I have to.. AVOID RENTING WITH FOXTONS AT ALL COSTS. I have been renting a property in Brixton for the past year and reported mould issues 4 months ago (20th May 2024) and to this day (27/08/2024) nothing has been done to rectify it. We have been back and fourth with property management (even crying down the phone) and they are still not letting us move out until we finish the tenancy length (2 year tenancy agreement). The flat is a basement flat and the bathroom doesn't have a window or an extractor fan which we informed foxtons was illegal to which they breezed over and OF COURSE haven't done anything about. We are now living in mould and seeking legal action to try and get out of our tenancy as Foxtons have told us on 3 occasions we have to find someone to replace it if we want to go. As you can see from the photos nobody should be living in these conditions. Every time we ring, our account manager is 'in a meeting' they take days/weeks to respond to a question. In regards to getting something fixed..we are yet to have one issue in our flat/tenancy fixed. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
