3rd Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)The Abatoria Team have been first class in organising my move onto my recent rental property in Wapping. Everything has been super pro-active from the initial viewing, contract signing through to the final move. They were brilliant liaising with the owner and organising the purchase and installation of al the furniture I requested prior to the move. On arrival all furniture was constructed and in place, all the amenities including internet were fully functional. The couple of small snags I had were dealt with immediately. Having rented many properties in several countries and being a landlord myself I cannot recommend Abatoria enough they are brilliant !

I was a tenant for two years and everything from the viewing, the paperwork, and the ongoing maintenance was extremely smooth and timely. Grwendill Gomes in particular was a brilliant property manager who was always reachable whenever I had a problem. He also made the move out process very smooth. Can’t say enough good things about BPS!

27th Mar 2024 (26 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

It’s very difficult for us as there is limited parking options for all the apartment buildings in the area. Please can you park behind the Strata building instead?
