16th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)Brian and Thomas are the best local letting agents Chris and John are wonderful experienced caring and they both have time to talk and discuss in detail with practice and good caring advice They have been letting out my flat since 2011 they always manage to get good professional people that pay their rent before the actual day that is due My flat has never been empty not for a day when the contract is finished one tenant leaves in the morning and the new ones Move in the afternoon my flat has never been empty since 2011 and with all reliable tenants Any repairs needed Chris and John arranged to be done and very cheap as they have their own regular Repairs I will highly recommend Brian and Thomas estate agent in Green Lanes

14th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold. Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert. But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude. Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings. Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine. Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

I have to say they obviously had buyers in their portfolio wanting to buy our home in our location as we had two offers on the table on same day viewing and sold our home in 2 hours living on town park Harlow .
7th May 2024 (20 weeks ago)I came from work and some horrendous retired cleaner made up story I pushed her. Together with agents they behave and work like some Brazilian tribe.And than some mentally enslaved on spectrum flatmate want to throw away my post.

She was super responsive via email and call when we were enquiring about the property, 100% at hand for answering queries and providing updates during referencing and ensured the process was completed as smoothly and quickly as possible. 23rd Aug 2024 (30 days ago)Don’t ever go with these guys - poor landlords and wouldn’t even pay your deposit back. This is not the first time that’s happened as well look at previous reviews. Deducted over £2000 for our deposit to about £400 left and the majority of the deductions came from a loose screw from the dishwasher and the broken freezer trays. And now these guys won’t even pay us back whatever’s left in the deposit - calls, emails nothing. For us we’re only loosing £100 each but what you’re losing is your businesses reputation, every tenant in this house is going to give you a 1 star review. Update: The property address is 3 Adam’s walk. What open door policy? Do you want me to write another review to show all the email chains, messages and calls from march? Still no responses and no deposit and it’s almost September. Show us a receipt of our deposit being paid then? Contact us and we will consider taking down this review

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
9th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Anthony is a dishonest man. His team, including Lucy Neil, have been awful to deal with. They scam tenants and never fix any issues or escalate them to the landlord. Very dishonest bunch who should be avoided.

14th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Put a property on the market/rightmove. Doesn't reply requests of viewing. I called them and they told me there was an open house the week before. I inquired twice before the open viewing date. I understand some properties are hot but if you can't handle the volume of inquiries then don't take on the sale! It's also possible they use this to gather personal information on people looking to buy. Will avoid at all costs.
