11th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)such poor and deceptive behaviour by this company. We provided work over a long period of time and were not paid for our services. Had to write off thousands. Their partner office were ok but then syubsequently did the same thing. As a small business this is so crippling when agents treat suppliers so badly. We’ve had to chase and chase to get some payments made and still this year writing more money off as I've given up. Thanks Muniza.

23rd Aug 2024 (30 days ago)Frankie who works here has absolutely no etiquette of dealing with prospects. 0 training. A good agent takes time to understand the situation of the potential client, rather than outright disqualifying the person. I infact was ready to pay the deposit without even viewing the property in discussion. Knowing I am eligible and having passed references, she still ended the call abruptly saying she has other people to attend to, very unfortunate..
2nd May 2024 (20 weeks ago)Few years ago the agency let me a flat which was completely filthy and full of defects . When I moved in I found Condoms and rubbish under the bed , blood on the mattress, window full of dust and mud, etc, Back then I only just came to London as a naive foreigner and I was in rush to find a place to stay , I know nothing about how a rented property should look like condition wise , I didn’t know about my legal right , and I was being treated like a fool by the their agent . During my one year of stay a few appliances broken because they were so old , but when I contact the agency asked for help they did nothing . And now when I look back I feel shocked how could an agency allow to rent a flat like that. How could an agency provide service like that . Shame on Curtis & Parker !

Andy and Molly helped us navigate the process of buying for the first time and were professional, friendly and helpful throughout. We couldn't recommend HS Estates anymore, thank you for helping us find our beautiful home!

3rd Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)We decided to sell our house with Anthony Martin as they were recommended to us, The process of selling was explained by Tarkan very well, Our property was on the market with photo's within a week , Our sales progressor Amelia was fantatic, she answered emails within the hour any time of day or evening and was very efficient with the phone calls and professional throughout, Amelia was on hand from the very start up to the point of us getting our keys for our new house. we never felt alone through this very stressful time, Thankyou Amelia, Tarkan and Joe you were all fantastic
5th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.
2nd Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)This is an estate agent on another level. Instead of going for the same kind of corporate, profit driven, pushy stereotype that we have all come to know (and loathe) the team at Hestia’s are the opposite. Their focus is on individuals, they want to really get to know and help people. The people who’s houses they are tasked with selling but also the people who want to buy them. We instinctively got on well with the team from our first meeting and it was just a pleasure working with them. Conversations were always professional and productive, but most importantly they were conversations and at no point did we feel dictated to. Viewings were handled respectfully; communication was great with plenty of notice at every turn and they found perfect buyers for our home. As with any process there were complications, but Hestia’s made a huge effort to help us and our buyer overcome these issues which made everything work in the end. In short without their help, we would not have been able to move when we did. I would not hesitate in recommending Hestia’s to anyone trying to sell their home in South London. They are brilliant and we can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in.

20th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)I have sold a number of properties through Alex & Matteo over the last 5 years. Selling a property is never easy but the Alex & Matteo team have always been very approachable and happy to help. Approaching the sales with a positive attitude they always manage to achieve great results and make me feel confident throughout the process. I moved back to the US last June and unfortunately I am struggling to find brokers with the same positivity and good energy.
