Martin was honest, professional, polite, efficient and did everything he can to make the process smooth right from the moment we were viewing our home-to-be until and after we got our keys. Our interaction with Richard was also very positive! Everyone in the office felt welcoming and warm, and when we dropped by the office to get our keys, a handmade candle was waiting us as the perfect moving-in gift :) Thank you so much!

25th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)That was quite a experiencein 87b Charlton church lane, SE77AB. I'll be thankful forever. Please rent everywhere else but that place. Has multiple issues including a mouse and £1300 pound is definitely way to high for it! The agency itself is more than unfriendly and gready. While doing my Real estate course I came to realise they are not even registered und Brown & Brooks . A leaking fridge and my partner received the flat including a little grey pet. Tony Jenkins and young . Munchie are far from professionals! At least the neighbours where kind and understanding for the situation.

20th May 2021 (3 years ago)We were tenants in a Mylako property for three and half years. By far the best management company either of us has rented from. They're so responsive, act on things quickly and fantastic communicators. We mostly liaised with Marcela who was an absolute pleasure to do deal with throughout our tenancy; she was so helpful, professional and thorough. But all the team are fab, can't recommend them enough.
24th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)We've instructed Thomas Michael twice over a 4 year period to find suitable tenants for our apartment. On both occasions the service Tom provided was excellent - great communication and an attention to detail. We also appreciated his knowledge of the market and realistic rental evaluation. We would certainly use the agency again and highly recommend them.

25th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. This estate agents and Haseeb have no humanity nor manners whatsoever.

They were professional and courteous with excellent communication. Calls and emails were returned swiftly and they went above and beyond to ensure that all solicitors involved minimised/and or mitigated any delay. I want to say a huge thank you to Matt for his unwavering care, attention to detail and can-do attitude with customer service skills that are second to none. I'd also like to say thank you to the admin' team who were very responsive and professional.

We have found them to be very professional but at the same time friendly and will explain any jargon that we come across that we do not understand. They have provided us with QQ reports, surveyors reports for purchasing and selling properties and have advised us several times. I would recommend this company

They went above and beyond to create a tailored marketing plan rather than just take photos of my property within a day and stick it online. They took the time to showcase my home and really made it stand out from the crowd. Their professionalism and expertise in the market made the whole selling process a breeze and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients and has a marketing talent, look no further than Elderton & Co!

Most importantly, they have been honest, kind and so helpful. Unlike a lot of other letting agents, Longbridge care about the person not the highest bidder. My partner and I have settled into a beautiful rental in East London. Gary and Stan are absolute legends!
