14th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I was a tenant with DR for 3 years and found Martin, Rose and Daniel to all be exceptional. As with any property you live in for years we had the usual set of issues, things occasionally breaking from wear and tear, the upstairs neighbours shower leaking one time etc, all were dealt with very quickly and professionally with great communication.

There attitudete to safety in high rise bukldings is appalling,there staff are un qualified and the owner Taj is criminally neglegent time and time again! If you give him information he doesnt like or doesnt want to accept and repair he stops paying contractors! Appalling

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.
25th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. This estate agents and Haseeb have no humanity nor manners whatsoever.

The staff member I interacted with was very rude and impatient, and abruptly hung up the phone during our conversation, which was both unprofessional and discouraging. Furthermore, I felt that their behavior towards me was discriminatory based on my race, which is completely unacceptable in any setting, especially in professional interactions. I would not recommend this agency due to the poor customer service and disrespectful treatment I experienced.

After waiting over 5 months for the vendor to provide a building certificate requested by my lender, they withdrew as soon as I began the process of arranging inspections to be carried out. The boiler hadn’t been serviced in years, despite the negotiator, Jack, assuring me during the viewing that it was 'regularly serviced.' My buyer’s report recommended I conduct checks, as the only boiler record was from 2010—back when I was still in secondary school! Once the report was provided to me end of August 2024, I immediately worked to get the inspections booked in with the agent. I was informed that the vendor was unhappy as I had my mortgage offer since end of July 2024. I informed the agents that my conveyancer has completed their due diligence and strongly advised I get these inspections done before exchange. Exchange which I was positive would be set to take place by latest end of September pending the inspections all coming back clear. When I raised this, Joe, the managing director, remarked, 'Your conveyancer should have advised you to do this check sooner,' which came across as both unprofessional and condescending. To top it off, the vendor has now relisted the property with a £35k price increase. The behaviour from both the vendor and the agent felt like pure intimidation and bullying.
