5th Jun 2022 (2 years ago)Communication needs to be improved and relevant staff are difficult to reach or contact during the day. I keep having to ring several times and leave messages for the agent dealing with the sale progress and other information update. I'm not sure if to do with lack of staff?

Although there were some delays due to complications with the seller, Steve was always on hand to pick up my phone calls and kept pushing the deal forward up towards completion. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

They are always a cut above the rest. I’m not the type of person who relies solely on reviews, but if you want to judge a business, I encourage you to come in, have a chat, and make your own decision. If you feel the deal or the agent isn’t right for you, that’s completely fine—but don’t let any review stop you from having a conversation. I’ve been doing business with Elliott Davis and their associates since 2012, and not once have I had any issues. I highly recommend them.

1st Sep 2024 (22 days ago)Absolute waste of time, got invited to a viewing for a rental and I showed up on time, the agent was arguing with the tenant who locked the flat and diddnt allow the viewing. I wasted time and money getting to this viewing...Did not feel like a real agency at all. Would not recommend.

1st Sep 2021 (3 years ago)I have had the great experience of renting from this Estate agent if I was able to give them more stars I will. They do listen to their tenants, extremely professional, wants to have a great relationship between landlord and tenant. Brenden is amazing, Humza is also great and their CEO (lady) is extremely helpful. I'm so happy that I have chosen this company to rent from. My property was clean upon arrival and anything that needs doing are minor problems ie a screw needs to be screwed in. As a tenant now I can only say my experience has been amazing.

23rd Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)I strongly advise against choosing Iconia as a rental option. During my three-year tenancy, only about 10% of the issues with the flat and building were resolved. The elevator remained broken for over three months despite numerous emails, calls, and assurances from Debbie that it would be fixed by the time I moved out. Surprise: it was not. The lack of accountability is both ridiculous and unprofessional. They prefer to ignore issues and hope you will eventually forget. They have the punctuation they deserve and I am glad I am not the only one. Best of luck
12th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)I have been with Knights since 2016 and have never had an issue with them, they have found me great tenants and managed my property well with no major issues. I have no complaints and won't be going anywhere for the foreseeable as I am more than happy with the service.
