19th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!Barbara was acting as our letting agent, the property was handed back to us in a terrible state, furniture, walls and floors all damaged. We have had to fit a new bathroom, new flooring, buy new furniture and repaint the entire flat. During the course of the tenancy she didn’t allow us to visit the flat always making excuses as to why her sub tenants don’t want us there. She has refused to answer any of my calls and emails. She sent one email to say the company you had an agreement with as the ‘tenant ‘ has ceased operating and that was all. Do not hand your property to her if you are a Landlord as all she cares about is offering you a low guarantee rent and then placing anyone in the flat so she is in profit.

She is so completely dedicated to her clients and is totally respectful, honest, upfront, caring and extremely knowledgeable about the industry. She has helped my family more than I could possibly describe here. Everyone I've spoken with at Yellands (Jay & Sarah) have been utterly courteous and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them, seriously. All paperwork was easy to complete and immediate help was given to us at each stage. I could literally not ask for better service from Rolls Royce. Everyone should be commended for their dedication. What a fantastic estate agent. An honest customer review. 10 out of 10! Mark & family.
13th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)If I could give 0 stars I would. Rented a property of this letting agency for 3 years. Whenever we reported a repair or something wrong with the house it would either never get sorted or take months . From the very start of first moving in we started to get mould and damp which eventually spread through out the property and even ruined some of our belongings, this was only resolved in the last few months of our tenancy and was then told they couldn’t renew our tenancy as the landlord was selling. Would never rent with them again in the future .

Their responsiveness was incredible start to end. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Very impressed with the service and highly recommend working with Rakshita and Trupti as they made the process of finding a property and moving in seamless.

Tom and his team are great to work with and their fees are far more reasonable than other ‘household’ names in the business. Who says you need to pay more for a personal touch? Highly recommended to any homeowner looking to become a landlord.
