I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

Donna was great, she was very cooperative, professional and understanding, especially when my partner and I had to postpone the agreed move in date by a week due to personal circumstances. Donna sees the value in having a good tenant, and that can be a rare quality amongst estate agents. I gave one star less because the flat was not cleaned properly and some things need fixing, but that's with the Hindwoods repairs team, not Donna - she did her part great!

7th Jun 2024 (16 weeks ago)I recently had a terrible experience with this agency while trying to view a flat. I had an appointment to view the property at 14:15 with Valeria Rossi, the Director. However, I had to wait for 25 minutes, only to find out that another person was also having their viewing 15 mins after mine. And took them in before us.... When I inquired about the situation, I found out that the other person was shown the flat even though they arrived later than me, and they were also from the same language group as the director. This behavior is very unprofessional, unethical, and most likely racist. I was completely disgusted by the way I was treated at this agency, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff showed no consideration for their clients, and it is evident that they favor certain individuals based on their ethnic background. This agency lacks integrity and respect for its clients, and it is not a place where one can expect fair treatment. Thank you.

I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.
7th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Excellent, proactive estate agent. Rory and Shauna sold our house in Whitstable after a poor, long drawn out experience with another local agent. Can't recommend Harvey Richards and West highly enough. Friendly, professional and straightforward to deal with. They know the market inside out and provided honest advice, a realistic valuation and an approach that worked where others had failed.
6th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)We recently sold our house with Warren Kerr. From our initial approach to him, we knew we were talking with the right person. Before offering a valuation, Warren took time to understand our needs and onward aspirations as well as understanding the story of the house we were selling. To this he also brought his excellent knowledge of the area, and combined it with an intelligent assessment of the unique aspects of our property. The valuation arrived at felt realistic, if initially a little high. But this is where Warren's value really kicks in. Aside from using all the tools you'd expect (Rightmove etc.), Warren's probably the best connected and networked estate agent in the area, and with influence further afield too. We had a lot of interest, and an offer, within a month of going on the market, and with minimal fuss. Within 100 days of opening sale, we completed. At every stage Warren was a support and gifted tactician, his eye on the sale, but also on the human dimensions of it. He listened, and his advice was also intelligent, rounded, grounded, and timely. That's a rare combination in the property game. I cannot recommend Warren highly enough. Talk to him, you won't regret it.

15th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)It was a first time i have contacted to Vibrant Estate, just had a few questions about some property to rent i was interested and lady on the phone was talking very fast and asking me thousands of questions which is completely private such as age of all members of my family, occupation, tax return, etc. It took ages to find out the price of the property and i felt like she was only interested to take as much details as possible from me. It was no any invitation for viewing. Also i find very strange that i called to office phone number and no-one picked up, then lady called me from mobile number. Very unprofessional manners. Will NOT be using this company in the future. I still believe that potentiale tenants should be treated with polite and good manner.
11th Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)I saw one of your boards ystd while driving thru Throckenholt. Thought I'd check out details, price etc but your website doesn't seem to let a buyer do that. Some agents let buyers scroll thru avail props refined by area/price, wotev. I seek something rural in or near Throckenholt/Gedney Hill etc

2nd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)I highly recommend to work with Cooper Saqs. For sure your voice will be heard and requirements considered. My recent experience with Naz has been exceptional. I would rate seven stars for her professionalism , ability to comprehend to the needs , placing one self in the shoes of the client and going above and beyond. One thing you can be rest assured she very well balances both the sides from tenant and the owner`s perspectives.
12th May 2023 (1 year ago)Are you guys like serious ? I was looking for something to rent and one lady was there willing to help talked with her nd been waiting since last 2-3 months. Recently changed my number tried contacting her and always there’s no answer but anyway that’s okay cause everyone will be occupied with work but then there’s one guy I don’t know his name but he was talking with on call and I was explaining him bout the case he was like” you can look for somewhere else” I said I’m okay to wait if there’s anything coming soon but he was so rude & his tone my godness how can someone speak with the client is such way. And when I said why you being rude to me he just hanged up call saying it’s better if I don’t talk with you ???? such a poor agent who don’t know how to communicate. God bless you!
