27th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)I generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.
16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.
10th Jun 2024 (15 weeks ago)the staff are rude and arrogant good luck to use if you use these people because you will go through hell don’t deserve one star either they deserve 0 but want to warn people away from these they need to be shut down completely

22nd Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Having dealt directly with the director Sam I can tell you that these people are exactly what give estate agents a bad name and he (Sam) is as slippery as they come.If you are buying ,selling or renting I would advise you to do this with one of the many other estate agents in the area whom you can trust just not these as you will see below. This is some time after the event and we have since purchased and moved on so this is not written in the heat of the moment so to speak. Basically he was literally self serving in this instance as the property was of a certain interest to a developer and we were told that the offer we had put in to purchase a particular property had been rejected and that somebody elses was accepted to which I believe was something to do with this agent in one capacity or another if you know what I mean. We had contacted the vendor directly whom had said that they were completely unaware of our offer above and over the asking price which to me immediately set the alarm bells ringing.The vendor in turn instructed the agent to sell to us and eventually our offer was accepted. Many months down the line as I was being told it had slowed with the pandemic etc on a routine follow up as they never seemed to call me ,I was told the vendor all of a sudden did not want to sell to us and with no particular reason.Make your own mind up about that one.Anyhow one last thing was a phonecall to my wife whilst we were at our solicitors which I was present and Sam the director completely lost it down the phone shouting at my wife as he had just found out we had been touch directly with the vendor obviously much to his dislike.I will leave it there as there is much more.
30th May 2024 (17 weeks ago)Friendly and extremely professional staff. E&C estates looked after me for 3 years and couldn’t do enough for me if ever I had any issues in my home. Couldn’t recommend more!

Their communication has been fantastic, with weekly updates and emails regarding any viewings. They work very well as a team as from listing through to sale. If anyone was wondering who to list their property with I would definitely recommend Michael’s.

I would 100 % recommend Westwood Leber as my experience was positive, with great communication throughout the whole process.

Most of the London agencies are so busy and not too patient with the people who do not have lots of budget to make decision- this was what i thought before i met Liv international people. Anastasia was super friendly and nice lady that I wish I could even be friend with. Even if I had so many requirements with tight budget looking for a one bed room flat in St. john's wood area, (I assume there are lots of high profile clients with big budget as I felt from the attitude of other agencies that I had viewings before), she and her team was very friendly and patient trying to find me the place to call home. I very much appreciate their effort and kindness. Wishing Anastasia and her friendly team all the best luck during this difficult time! thank you :)

She makes every effort to support and deal with any day to day issues that may arise with the tenants. She liaises and carries out instructions from myself as promptly as possible and in a professional manner. She has good communication skills and will feedback liaison with tenants and any relevant work undertaken. I appreciate the help and support Cansu offers to me as a Landlady.

I am a property investor, running this as a family business and i came across these guys to enquire about a property. She booked me a viewing at 11.30 the next day, i came at 11.20 and she came at 12:00. Then she informs me to freely have a look around the property which i did do, i took some pictures and so did she. I told her that i have a client that is willing to take it off her hands and she sounded interested. After the viewing I texted her an update an hour later saying lets arrange a call for 5 and she said ok, i called her at 5, no answer and bare in mind i called several times. The next day i texted her saying to call me when you are free and she said shortly afterwards that she would call in 30min...... it's now been 3 weeks and no response. If you would like to waste your time then Adan estates has got you covered in all aspects. If you are planning to do R2R,BRR or just rent a property from these guys, start by getting cement and bricks then build a wall and see how fast they respond.
