25th Feb 2019 (5 years ago)I have tried to rent through them two years ago and they were useless. I thought to give them a second chance and still the same. Rude if you call the office, slow response or not response at all if you email enquiring a property.

3rd Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Staff member was generally rude. All they care about is money. If they're not getting enough money out of the deal then it's not worth their time and they treat you like some third class citizen especially if You're of a different ethnic background. We're educated individuals, we're not stupid as to what you're trying to do along with your blatant attempts at avoiding tax. Glad went elsewhere.

14th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)Throughout my 2.5 year tenancy I was so glad to have Dawn and Gabriella as property manager. Their responsiveness and professionalism were really great. They directly helped with every little issues and made me feel comfortable from the beginning when I moved in from abroad, through lockdown until checkout. I cannot recommend them enough!
8th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)AIG Estates is not a very professional organization. However, I have no issue with the agents themselves; they can be quite helpful at times. Albeit, they are a bit lazy so don't always expect help. Their administrator on the other hand, is what appears to be, an uneducated and disrespectful person who doesn't know how to converse with people, and talks very disrespectfully. If you are looking to rent with this agency, and don't mind being spoken at disrespectfully/negatively, then I sincerely wish you the best in finding your ideal home. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
