The viewing and commitment to purchase process with Kamal was excellent. Then as this was a protracted process due to no fault of the agency they did all they could to settle any concerns. Without Penny going above and beyond I am certain we would still be waiting to complete! Happy to highly recommend this office.

8th May 2024 (1 day ago)Sent unsuitable people to view the property.. no mortgage in principle.. Not got property on the market Didn't want to live in the area.. The buyers tried for 2 weeks to get a viewing!! In the mean time we were encouraged by the manager, to lower the price, the prospective buyers were told , I'd reduced as I was a "go getter" they had actually asked to view the property at the higher price!!!

It was a difficult move for me and I had so much support, they really did go the extra mile. I also found them honest which was not what I experienced with other agents in the town when it came to purchasing. They will take time to present your property with expert photos, and will find you the right buyer, they will listen to you, they will guide you and they will support you. I can't rate them highly enough.

James was our main contact and was fantastic! He is knowledgeable, professional and always happy to help. Being new to renting he made the process as stress free as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use Belvoir again in the future.
