They didn't manage the seller well and couldn't get required information from seller for almost 10 months after the offer was accepted. The most annoying part was they would not update us, would never answer their phone, if luckily we get through to them they would promise to update us and never call back. Totally unprofessional. Wasted so much of our time and money!

Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an estate agent to help find your next new home.

They have been realistic with me on selling price and helped negotiations through the chain to make the deal work. Once a sale was agreed they appointed an agent to work 1-1 with me to progress the sale and stay close to my Solicitor and my Buyer - this was a service unique to Charters as I have not found this with any other Estate Agent.

Jon contacted us back very quickly and was incredibly helpful and efficient all the way through the process. Estelle joined in at the appropriate time and provided the same great support. They made the whole process simple to understand, and we had a relaxing and happy experience, whereas finding a place to rent can otherwise be a bit stressful and difficult. We definitely highly recommend WPR Farnham. Just contact them and see for yourself.

I am listed with multiple estate agents and they have given me 3-4 x times more viewings than all of the other agents. Molly has been in charge of my listing etc and has excelled in every way possible. I would highly recommend this company. Also a big thank you to Felicity with the viewings.

The whole team has been excellent but Kyra Payne the estate agent assisting me must get special mention for being knowledgeable and helpful, giving me exactly the information required to get a let agreed quickly. Not to mention proactive, as she is how I found the property in the first place.
