All questions,thoughts, and details were handled with our interest, 1st and foremost. Nicola could not have been more helpful. Her manner and professionalism were obviously clear that she is an expert in this kind of work. My wife and I look forward to any more meetings in the future with Nicola, which I'm sure will be handled in the same professional manner as the first ???? ????

She was always on hand to answer any questions we had and made sure to discuss new information with us as soon as she had it. I highly recommend Elaine Gray & will definitely be contacting her in the future if we decide to move again.
19th Sep 2024 (2 days ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.
18th Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)I was initially sceptical about placing our property on the market in October however, the reassurance from Gavin and his team quickly erased any doubts and the first class presentation which included over 50 stunning photographs of the house resulted in a sale after only two day's of being advertised. A first class service offering extremely good value and advice and one i couldn't recommend highly enough.

Alyson explained every step of the way with it being our first time selling a house and she made it so stress free. Selling our home within days with multiple viewings. Alyson was also full of information regarding our house purchase which was not through her estate agents. If selling again we wouldn’t look to go anywhere else than back with Alexander Taylor.
7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)Excellent service Great communication, Very Friendly and so easy to talk to. They have an excellent knowledge of the property market. The staff work as a team which makes for great customer care. They offer excellent advice on how to obtain the best price for your property.
16th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Peter Murray has been excellent each time I have phoned in a crisis. He is very generous with his time, and doesn’t charge crazy money. Will continue to use when required (hopefully not soon though).

I'm so glad I opted for the good state agent instead of a larger high street agent, I really felt that the 'personal touch' made a difference.
21st Aug 2023 (1 year ago)I had an excellent experience with Yvonne at the Property Bureau Stirling - the flat was spotless when I moved in, and any issues I had were dealt with in a prompt, friendly, and helpful fashion. My deposit was also quickly returned to me at the end of the tenancy, without any problems at all. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Yvonne and the Property Bureau to potential future renters.

They ensured I had everything in place. They handled the process, culminating in successful outcome. I could not have achieved this without their assistance.

My husband and I moved into a flat managed by Home Lettings and we were very impressed with the level of response when things needed fixing. The staff are always so kind and personable as well. I would definitely recommend Home Lettings to potential landlords or lessees!

We had a few complications during the purchase but Amy was amazing and helped with every question that we had. We are from England originally so we had a few extra questions on the procedures in Scotland but Amy held our hand and guided us through the whole process. I would strongly recommend the services of Amy and Strutt and Parker they have been really amazing from start to finish.
8th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)We used Harley's to sell our house and we were originally purchasing a house via them too. Yvonne is amazing - the customer service is absolutely second to none. I had valuations from a couple of agencies but Yvonne was by far the most reassuring, trustworthy and reliable. From start to finish she kept us fully updated with both our sale and property search and was always on hand to help out. Our house sold within 3 days of going on the market and even when our purchase took longer than we initially thought, Yvonne was incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell over any other agency in the region.

The sale arose after an unexpected bereavement and Fran made the process very smooth indeed, took a lot of the stress and hassle away and secured an excellent price.
