Me and my partner were looking for a 1 bedroom flat in NW London to rent for a couple of years, and from start to finish, The Estate Company have been so helpful, we found a gorgeous flat listed on their website, booked a viewing for the next day, and secured it the day after. Very quick service, and so organised! We had previously dealt with other agents in the area and nothing compares to the level of service that The Estate Company can offer. Everything was explained, the property was exactly as described, and we secured the flat seamlessly. We moved in today, and the property is spotless, and we absolutely love it! Thank you to both Sarah and Darren for making what is usually a stressful process, the easiest thing we've ever done! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property to buy or rent, in London, as these guys are brilliant, and we will certainly be coming back to them when we look for our next property in a couple of years! :)

5th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)This guy Jon contacted me saying as per the call, he will be showing prospective tenants the flat and he has the keys. BUT....I don't live in a flat. I am not a tenant and I don't know this guy...Never haf the misfortune to know his name till today. I am baffled and asked how he got my email. He maintains, I gave it to them when I rented the flat through them. Again factually incorrect. Upon more persisting, he agrees there might have been a mixup of emails. BUT he didn't answer how my email ended up in his company's system. Now I am left confused and scared. How should I go about this?

29th May 2024 (16 weeks ago)I rented a property from Alan Goldin for two years and during my tenancy I was consistently impressed with the professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness of the team there, in particular Tim who managed my particular property. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and appropriately, and they have continued their excellent standards even after my tenancy's end when I have needed things like a landlords' reference. I couldn't recommend them enough.
26th Aug 2024 (24 days ago)Absolute garbage, avoid at all cost. Signed up for full management of our flat: bad communication, rent late quite often (blamed tenants), had to chase Michael all the time... Lied when we caught them renting to a different tenant (without notifying us), failed to notify tenants that we wanted to terminate the contract, stopped replying to all communication after that and carry on taking the rent. Reported to PRS but didn't do much even after winning our claim. Situation today: 6 months without rent, no ideas who lives in our flat, no communication.. lawyers on the case, waiting for court day trying to get our flat back..

When I left the rent they told me the house was not good. Before I rented, the house was a dump But I repaired it. Before I left, they asked me to fix the bedroom, so I did what they said because I didn't want the deposit. Even though I repaired it, they deducted it from my deposit.????????????THESE ARE SCAMMERS
4th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Pizza was like a DIY pizza one makes at home for the first time. Amateurish! The Pizzas were undercooked and both the pizzas were not sliced thoroughly. The doughs were too soft to separate pieces and they start to tear without keeping the pie shapes any more. The steam came through the bottom of the card board box and made the oily steam mess on the surface. The taste was not there, and, I don't believe the dough is freshly made but from the factory. I think the staff should go to their contender stores of the area and match the bake texture and cutting the slices. Delivery was fast arriving just under 35 min.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
1st Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)It's been a month since a technician came to repair our door, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The repair attempt consisted of just two hammer strikes, which were entirely insufficient. The door clearly needs to be replaced, not just tapped with a hammer. To make matters worse, the technician noticed that the lock system was misaligned ( “first repair” ) but then ran off, pretending everything was fine. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. The first repair technician had told us that the door needed to be replaced, yet nothing has been done about it for a month now. After two burglary attempts, the door remains insecure. I have videos documenting that the door is still not properly fixed after the so-called repair. This negligence and lack of proper service are affecting the credibility of the company. You can't save money on these important matters. Definitely disappointing. Avoid this service if you value your security and want reliable repairs. This company has proven to be untrustworthy and ineffective.
