19th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)I have to say that Oliver at the Highgate branch restored my faith in estate agents. He was on it the whole way through, chasing all parties to get things done and to progress all our goals. Not easy when you're juggling so many stakeholders. He was a proper quarterback, which is what you need as a buyer. Plus he was an absolute pleasure to work with. A firm recommend for "Oliver Optimus" and the firm !

27th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Please do not use their services. They are liars and cheats. Their senior negotiators have no ethics and tell you “white lies” to just ease of a situation. We had put down an offer and the negotiator led us on and told us he could bring down the price at a said amount and made us move forward with an offer. Now he takes a U turn saying he was fairly confident which was false. This was after we confirmed twice if he had spoken to the landlord on lowering the price. He then has the audacity to phone me and tell me that the landlord wants to wait on his original listed price. Right after he hangs up, next minute I can see that the property reads as “Let Agreed” on Rightmove!! Absolutely terrible people! Avoid at all costs. They are not at all working in your favor. Totally get that this is a cut-throat market but one cannot stoop so low. Shame on them!

The staff was very late in replying to me but Vinnay who is new to the agency I think literally took care of me soon as I entered the office and even managed to courtesly take me to a viewing in his car to a viewing. Very active employee who helps people. I will make sure your my first point of contact. Thanks Vinnay.

They are not the cheapest but the service they provide is of a real premium standard. They are always quick, efficient, and professional in all dealings. They also have good business sense and connections. They generated far more interest on the sale of the property then another agent we had on a multi agent deal. Would recommend.
