27th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)All I can say is, if you are thinking of letting a property do not go with Farr and Farr on Oxtalls Way! Communication and customer service is non existent. I have just ended my fully managed agreement after 6 months of problem after problem. There are things that could have been resolved easily but because of the way they handle everything and the delays in responding I found myself getting more and more frustrated with them. I am not sure if they need retraining in customer service skills or better management to make the office more efficient. They are fine with straight forward tasks such as collecting the rent payment, issuing monthly invoices and paying the money but when it comes to answering questions and rectifying issues with the property they ignore emails and have no clue on how best to deal with problems.

Any issues I had with the property they dealt with quickly. They were always responsive to emails and made the start and end tenancy process quick and painless. Would highly recommend.

18th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)I honestly cannot praise this realtor and particularly Belinda enough. As a new resident of the UK she helped me find the best rental for my needs and budget. She then assisted me in what seemed insurmountable legal requirements. Her extra effort could only be truly appreciated when I gave up the let and moved to another county and found dealing with those agencies (6) an absolute nightmare wrt everything related to the rental. Aside the mental and emotional stress they cost me a good few extra £1000's of pounds. I was ready to throw in the towel when I was informed 2 days prior to the booked move that my application was successful. On the contrary ZERO STRESS or EXTRA COST WITH Peter Ball of Charlton Kings. I shall forever be grateful to them. I am sure if I had had dealings with the other agents on my arrival I would have packed up and gone home. BRAVO PETER BALL & BELINDA

Charlie is well-supported by his excellent and very professional team. They secured an excellent outcome in a timely fashion for us and supported the process seamlessly through to exchange of contracts within weeks - keeping us regularly appraised along the way. Matt Crayamn and his lettings team have done an excellent job in keeping it let, whilst Melanie Hudson has managed all the maintenance things that come up from time to time with great advice and a friendly can-do manner.

Zoey ensured that all Attorneys were kept informed, and achieved a sale at a value higher than anticipated. Zoey also made sure that all the prospective purchasers were treated equally and fairly. I have a wide experience of dealing with Estate agents, and I would rate the service received from R A Bennett as one of the best. Thank you to Zoey and her team.

Karl has let out and sold properties for me over the last few years and has always gone above and beyond my expectations... I have always felt confident that he's given me completely honest answers and guidance, rather than what I want to hear, finding him has been like gold dust, when it comes to buying/selling/letting, thank you so much Karl! 19th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)Where do we start? Jackson Bailey were 10/10 when selling our home. During what was an incredibly protracted process, which took six months from start to finish; Ben and the team kept in continual contact and chased where needed to ensure that the relevant progress was made. Having sold with JB, but purchased through a useless purple online agent (whose own ‘sales progression’ service was dreadful, talk about ‘commisery!’); Ben had to step-in and liaise on both our sale and purchase; doing the job of our seller’s agent at times too! Communication was clear, constant and effective, and we found the WhatsApp group an excellent way of getting updates outside of normal working hours. A refreshing change from having to leave constant voicemails to other agents in the chain. Overall, a justifiably FIVE STAR service from Jackson Bailey. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell in the local area and cannot thank them enough for their efforts.

Always kept me informed with updates on what turned out to be a protracted complex sale, and they were very proactive when any issues surfaced. Local knowledge and experience was a massive advantage here, with previous experience of selling a non-standard construction house being invaluable. Add in a generous commission fee and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Peter Joy. Thank you Clare and team.

13th May 2024 (7 days ago)Moved to Cheltenham from Cardiff with short notice and was having difficulties in getting a letting agent to sort out my requirements with no luck, finally managed to speak to Jodee Freeman from Belvoir!, she was so professional and handled all my requirements to the point and arranged a property that suited me and my family within the time frame given. Professional and courteous.... highly Recommended.

Over the four years of renting the property, we had occasional issues with the tenants and contractors that needed managing, as is often the case. And that's when you really need a good management agency, and each time the Property Centre came through, and really took care of things. Would certainly recommend.
