6th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)I moved to London for a year for my Master's program and was unable to fly there before to tour a flat. I was able to schedule a video tour of a flat with Karim, who kindly walked me through the entire place, answered my questions and showed me around the neighborhood. I can now say after my year of living in the flat that Karim, Daisy, and the entire HomeFullstop team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout my tenancy. Every time I had an issue they were there to come check it out and get it fixed as soon as possible. I have heard stories of people in London dealing with really bad landlords and having lots of trouble, so I felt very lucky because the HomeFullstop team was great. Definitely recommend renting with them if you are moving to London!

12th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)I met two agents, they seemed a little vapid and docile. Just grinned and could barely transfer the details from the form. The plastic chair cover was falling apart and I am really into small details, if the office furniture if falling apart and the workers seem vapid it is a sign don't do business here.

I must say, the care that James put in his job is absolutely outstanding. He literally shows passion through his work. The pictures he took of my property were the best compared to other Estate Agent. Moreover what I have very much appreciated about James it has been his openness and transparency regarding the market possibilities and the actual valuation of the flat. Thank you James for your hard work!

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!

Besides the tourists who wanted to visit the shops, there were also many English people and it was hard to breathe how many people there were. Harrods is a place to visit in London, but only if you have already been and have nothing to visit, I would never recommend it as a stop on your first trip to London. The place is lovely, it is true, but it is also very expensive and always crowded so you don't have time to enjoy the true beauty of Harrods (Original) L'ultima volta che ci sono stata era la vigilia di Natale 2019, era pieno di gente, molti stavano facendo gli ultimi regali e altri compravano il cibo per il giorno di Natale. Oltre ai turisti che volevano visitare i negozi, c'erano anche molti inglesi e si faceva fatica a respirare da quanta gente c'era. Harrods è un luogo da visitare a Londra, ma solo se si è già stati e non si ha nulla da visitare, non lo consiglierei mai come tappa da fare nel primo viaggio a Londra. Il posto è incantevole, è vero, ma è anche molto costoso e sempre affollato quindi non si fa in tempo a gustarsi la bellezza vera di Harrods

27th May 2016 (8 years ago)I had a great experience with John D Wood & Co. while on the hunt for a property to rent in Clapham. Jessica Richards was my point of contact, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful from the get-go! She listened to our requirements and sent through property options that met our needs. She was also really great at following up with us after viewings to get our feedback, which enabled her to tailor her search for us even more effectively. Despite the fact we ended up finding a property through a different agency, I would highly recommend John D Wood & Co. to anyone!
25th Sep 2019 (4 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL
25th Oct 2019 (4 years ago)Worst estate I have ever dealt with, a bunch of thieves. Don't worth to get in, just avoid. If you meet Malik Alfaiaz, Dounia or Adam Arkus on any other estate like Parkes Estate, just turn away. They are same thieves from swt properties.

6th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)Charlie and Andy managed the process well. They communicated often and we knew what was going on throughout the process. They provided helpful advice and were really knowledgeable. I was initially reluctant to use any estate agent but they really were worthwhile and saved us from the worst of stresses when our first buyer pulled out (for personal reasons). I would recommend.
5th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)Initially, when I first checked in, I had a terrible experience as the flat was not cleaned/prepared for my arrival up to the standard expected at all. However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far

Dealt with anything ranging from New Tenancy, change of tenant and general maintenance request. Jack Ireland in particular deserve an extra mentioning as he usually responds and helps with any queries within a few hours.

The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them
