20th Aug 2024 (19 days ago)I've had such terrible experiences with estate agents and lettings agents in the past, doing absolutely nothing for their fee, that was until I was recommended Stirling Ackroyd by a friend. I'd previously had my property on the market for two years with Leaders and just had lots of time waster viewings. I had none of this with Stirling Ackroyd who from start to finish were fantastic. Ashley-Jane was excellent along with help from Sophie and Lee, they were all super responsive (including multiple occasions when poor Ashley-Jane was speaking to me on her days off!) and bent over backwards with chasing unresponsive solicitors! Cannot recommend highly enough, if you want a customer focused, genuine estate agent who doesn't waste your time then look no further! Thanks so much

2nd Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Rent from these people at your own risk.They offer the worst services ,send contractors into your apartment without your permission and when you complain they turn against you.I was forced to move out their property as I could not deal with the rudeness and poor treatment from staff.They started refurbishing my apartment with contractors running up and down the scaffolding and because I work nights,I had to start sleeping in a friends place during the day.And whenever I complained to them,they got rude.Even after I finally moved out,they completely kept my deposit silent and tried working with the landlord to retain the whole deposit.Now they try change their name from Madley thinking they can run away from all the bad deeds they have done.Use them at you own risk
