25th May 2023 (1 year ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

30th Aug 2024 (21 days ago)Would give 0 stars if I could. Was told 48 hours ago the vender of a properly I offered on wanted to await further viewings the following day before responding. Having chased several times after these viewings - I eventually received a voicemail to advise my offer was rejected Wednesday. Terrible service.

I'm so glad I opted for the good state agent instead of a larger high street agent, I really felt that the 'personal touch' made a difference.

Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. Their whole process was handled professionally, and we are delighted with the service we received and of course the result. Many thanks!

15th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)Booked a viewing for a property I was interested in ls8, agent arrives late, rushed the guide of the house and had lack of information about the property, in the end I placed a bid then never heard from them after that, rang up a few times kept getting told I would get a call back, few months down the line I see the same house for LESS than my original bid, lost out on a sale due to poor customer service.

5th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Extremely Disappointing Customer service. All department options available on the phone number actually transfer to voicemails of the responsible heads of said departments. They don't return phone calls - Been trying for a week now. Smaller companies have managed to arrange for virtual assistants who clearly are more effective at ensuring call-backs are actioned.

As a first time landlord they were fully supportive and offered excellent guidance - Took the stress from us in finding the perfect tenants. Highly recommend!

They are professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble , they put me at ease from first contact . I was really impressed with the photographs and video that Jody made of the Property and I was kept updated throughout .
