Shari worked with both sell & buy side solicitors to speed up the process and make sure everyone was happy.

21st Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)We've both bought and sold through Walker Smale in the past few years, and in both transactions it was a really positive experience. Simon helped us through the whole process, gave clear and very well-informed advice from his apparently-encyclopedic understanding of the local area and market, recommended and organised very capable local tradespeople where we needed a few bits and pieces (e.g. cleaning) done, professionally negotiated a fair deal on the price (both in buying and in selling), and then worked very effectively with the respective legal teams to get everything completed. Very highly recommended - and many thanks!

Going forward the rental team have been fantastic at communicating and helping me along the way.. Thank You Everyone!! If your looking at using a estate agents who make a difference use Keith Taylor I highly recommend- 20th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

13th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.

Prices are the same as the other estate agencies, but they seem to make a difference in the service and sales. Worth giving them a call if you are thinking of selling your home.
18th May 2022 (2 years ago)I was a little nervous when they asked for a deposit but it showed my good faith and was returned promptly on purchase. My experiences with this company were all excellent and I'm delighted to recommend them. They made the process very easy!
31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
