Have been calling and emailing trying to sort out a simple viewing and Elouisa Coe cannot be bothered to reply . It’s coming up to a week now with zero luck Really unprofessional if we experienced this from the start we never would have bothered to pursue the sale If you are a seller and want your buyers to be ignored and fed up then pick this agent I

The service and the advice I received was excellent and hassle free. Unlike other estate agents who have either not got back to me, took the wrong details down. Once I have decided what to do I will go straight to Berkle.

20th Nov 2023 (9 mo. ago)The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
