14th May 2024 (18 weeks ago)We recently sold our home in Market Harborough through Coopers. We were very pleased with the marketing and interest generated. Although one sale fell through when the potential buyer pulled out without notice, Matthew and Richard got us back on the market and we accepted an offer only two weeks later. We liked dealing with Matthew and Richard throughout the process. Their team handled the viewings. Selling and buying a home is a stressful time and having Cooper's on our case made it much easier.
10th Apr 2024 (23 weeks ago)I recently contacted Connells to come and value my property as I wanted to sell, Jacob came to my property to do so, and has also dealt with all other requirements going forward so far. He has gone above and beyond, he is extremely approachable, easy to communicate with and fast to respond, and very professional at the same time. My experience with Connells so far has been great and ran smoothly, all with thanks to Jacob. I cannot recommend him enough!

From start to finish Gus managed a complex sale with professionalism, efficiency, excellent communication and good humour. He secured us the right buyer with relative ease and had great connections across the industry to help the sale move through smoothly. I'm hoping we won't be buying or selling properties again for some time but if we did, we wouldn't hesitate to use Gus again.

13th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I initially chose to get 5 separate estate agents to value my late mothers home, of which Zak from HR Estates shone brightly above the others. My initial thoughts and gut instincts served me well as Zak helped us feel at ease and kept us fully informed at every level through the entire experience from day one until completion. I highly recommend this very eager to please and professional young man, he is super polite, makes no false promises, a man of his word and the total opposite of the stereotypical estate agent. His calm and friendly but totally professional approach made a difficult time so so much easier and bearable. If you read this Zak once again thank you for everything, we truly are grateful.
18th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

5th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
