27th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Please do not use their services. They are liars and cheats. Their senior negotiators have no ethics and tell you “white lies” to just ease of a situation. We had put down an offer and the negotiator led us on and told us he could bring down the price at a said amount and made us move forward with an offer. Now he takes a U turn saying he was fairly confident which was false. This was after we confirmed twice if he had spoken to the landlord on lowering the price. He then has the audacity to phone me and tell me that the landlord wants to wait on his original listed price. Right after he hangs up, next minute I can see that the property reads as “Let Agreed” on Rightmove!! Absolutely terrible people! Avoid at all costs. They are not at all working in your favor. Totally get that this is a cut-throat market but one cannot stoop so low. Shame on them!

Unit 2,Montreal House, Surrey Quays Road Montreal House, Surrey Quays Road, SE16 7AQ(455 reviews)2nd Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)I have now rented a property from Ludlow and I would recommend to work with them , there is no time wasting they only send you properties that are within your budget and criteria , they were great at speaking to the landlords to ensure everything was ready before moving in , everything was done through them including advice on bills , broadband etc. Kern was helping us and anytime we needed to call was always there to Fox any problems that we were facing such a great lad ! ???????? If we move again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kern again UPDATED REVIEW… thought they were fantastic until trying to leave the property got completely shafted with hidden costs and loopholes in the contract .. will not use again

Two of their employees named abul & yen were very misbehaving. They don't know how to talk to their clients. So all in all, they are no good. Would never deal with them ever again.
25th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)Scammers/ silent thieves I don't recommend miHome for vendors / sellers. They work in favour of the buyer. Overall, from the experience after dealing with mi Home estate agent, I can say that they do not owe any duty of care to their vendors. Introducing buyer who never viewed the house before putting offer. undervalued the house and saying that the house build is not of good quality and would not worth more than the offer- pressure to exchange at the buyer convenience without waiting for the seller to be ready. Husain tried to get the seller to sign a declaration written by the buyer with a financial liability if sale fall through. Additionally, Mi- Hime response below is not true. The sold price was lower than the agreed price on the contract by £200000. We were not ready for the exchange and asked for extra time. Mi home put pressure to exchange on buyer convenient date. When we rejected, Husain emailed us untrue claim that if the buyer pull out from the sale it will be considered as indirect withdraw , which we never heard of or stipulated in the contract. I hope this explains that MI home is only after commission and satisfying buyer. How could they introduce a buyer who never seen the house before offer? Any vendor lists a house on the market, he needs to secure a buyer with the agreed price on contract. Mi Home brought the buyer and stated that the offered price is the right for the this house quality build. Sale price was far less than the agreed price which was based on comparable and recent sale. What is more important than the price is the integrity and due care of client which Mi home failed to meet: 1- pressure the exchange date, against the UK law. 2- attempting to have a declaration from the seller with financial liability to be paid to the buyer if sale fall through. This is against UK law. The declaration worked on by the agency and buyer!!!!

They are FANTASTIC, the best, most organised, effective and helpful in the business. Brett and John and the rest of the team always do their best and know the business inside out while also possessing honesty and integrity. For a property deal completed today Daniel Derbyshire was my agent and he was absolutely brilliant. Helpful, communicative, reassuring. Daniel and Hunters will never let you down! 10 out of 10!
