The house sold amazingly quickly and I can't fault them. Keshia in particular made sure I was always up to speed with the latest information regards the sale.

31st Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . 2nd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Other than a very polite young man named Will Tapley, who is a credit to his role and is aIot better than the company he his working for, i have nothing but bad things to report unfortunately from pridea lettings. Moving into the property was simple enough, but a broken window on the property was never fixed despite many requests. Moving out of the property if you are not present for the inventory they will take a lot of money from your deposit. Cleaned the house, deep cleaned the appliances and still charged an extortionate amount for cleaning and repairs, which when pressed on they could not produce invoice reports to back up their claims. Strongly recommend you avoid this company.

6th Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)Offered on a house at the asking price to then be told someone had offered higher, I said I didn’t want to enter a bidding war. I then rang back not even a minute later with an offer higher than the asking price to be told the owners of the property wanted to sell to the other people and paperwork had been sent across… does not add up. I then asked of another property and put an offer forward and it was a straight no…not even ‘I will put forward to the owner’. I am a first time buyer and all of this has knocked my confidence massively and feel I have been treated unfairly.

15th May 2023 (1 year ago)Hampsons have been on point from the first moment we met them. They've been honest,upfront, realistic and they've done everything they promised. Communication has been great and whilst there are cheaper out there, I think it's really worth the extra. Could not recommend them enough.
