3rd Aug 2021 (3 years ago)Selling homes has always been a stressful experience for me and this time was no different. But Anthony Pepe worked hard to get a number of viewings and once a sale was agreed kept the process moving and keeping me informed of progress.
2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Very bad service, lost tens thousands on tenant who did not pay them the rent, they did nothing had to chase constantly, very poor service by the male owner, not professional at all, they did not serve documents on bad tenants, lack of knowledge and would never use them or trust them. Had to get legal on them to gt anything. Aggressive owner and unprofessional disgusting behaviour.

Much better experience than with some other local agents we have had. Already recommended to friends who have signed up with them.
11th Jan 2020 (4 years ago)Lazy staff, Chris Serghi was especially unreliable, bullying and argumentative. Don't expect a quick response to anything you need them to do, contract, repairs, etc. Will keep you waiting then rush you when they want something. Very shady company. Avoid.

23rd Jun 2022 (2 years ago)I couldn't be more dissatisfied and disappointed that I chose Hamptons and stayed with them for nearly a year before property was sold. Being a client, the whole process was driven by the buyer and their demands and needs. Being in a chain it was really their call and responsibility to be the bridge for communication between the us and sellers and the buyers. On the day of completion I was hounded by Hamptons for 2 hours as soon as funds for the sale were released, despite everyone in the process involved being fully aware that we were on a CHAIN. It was morally and professionally so wrong. It was really the role where Hamptons needed to liaise and communicate with full clarity and confidence that keys would be released at the end of the completion for the full chain of sale and purchase. being fully ware of my circumstances doing a home move alone with a child, they were they only people who needed to represent my best interest and unfold some humanity and morality from the bottom of the chain to not dictate terms throughout the entire process of sale, but be reasonable. for the heavy agency fees levied by Hamptons, I truly regret that it really wasn't worth it, all in the end. I wish i chose another agent and saved over thousand of pounds in fees. For anyone looking to be in a chain, it is just so important to have agents who are experienced, and confident and always puts you ahead of everything. In the end, its all about commission, and really nothing matters after everyone receives their monies.
2nd Aug 2021 (3 years ago)Extremely poor service. Brit bricks and robert terry both are same estate agents. Basically they aren't even worth calling estate agents as they dont treat their customers fairly and doesn't know the basic principles of customer service. They have put me and my family is such dilemma. They have agreed a 4 bed house in Pinner holding fees paid, reference checks done and passed, 5 weeks rent deposit and 1 month rent advance paid as well. But they were not telling us our moving date. They kept changing dates 4 times. And when i was calling to ask for the moving date. Karuna is telling me stop harassing them. They only treat their landlord with bundle of joy not the tenants. Now they have left us with nothing and we are struggling to look for a house and school for my son which is his first year of start. Please think 100 times before going ahead with these people. As they dont treat you good.

As well as their extensive experience, geniune knowledge of the market, and being total professionals throughout the process, Matt, Hetal and Mary all have excellent people skills (rare in this business) and are brilliant to deal with. We have been with other agents in the area before and none even came close. They found us a great buyer in a difficult market and helped them and us at every stage. Can’t recommend highly enough! *****
