21st Aug 2022 (2 years ago)Only sales method was drop the price 3 times £25K each time eventually found some one to buy but could not close the deal. I offered them the oportunity to work with another agent but personal issues got in the way. Finaly rid of them and hopefully moving forward with our new agent
