He was proactive throughout the selling process. He arranged multiple house viewings leading to a quick sale and finding a right buyer. I was impressed by his professional approach, time keeping and clear communication. He promptly answered calls and messages, keeping us informed about every development. He is the agent I did recommend to our family friend, too. Their corporation also resulted in a successful sale of the property.

6th Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)Used Sunny from SH properties to sell a flat. They had 2 viewing in 6-7 weeks. In contrast I had 3 viewing in 1 week with another agent and 2 in the following. It shows you how bad their management is of the property. There was little feedback and I had go constantly chase on a weekly basis. I wouldn't get call backs. They don't advertise on Rightmove. Photographs were poor. It just wasn't very professional at all. It was not a good experience.
13th Jul 2024 (15 weeks ago)does absolutely nothing for the landlord. tenants caused damages to property and I have to give proof which no pictures were taken upon let. was not advised to do so and basically everything is sunny days when u first approach them and plenty of assurances. does nothing at the end of the agreement and tenants refuse to leave to add to frustration. call them up hardly answers the phone or on leave all the time. besides from taking a considerable ammount of fees from you along with hidden charges ( beware ) they do nothing.

I highly recommend Kate Brookfield - she is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and altogether delightful! I found the whole purchasing process to be a supportive one. I know if I ever choose to sell, I'll be contacting Kate; she is fantastic! Thanks again for everything, I love my new home.
16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

20th Feb 2024 (8 mo. ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.
