22nd Nov 2023 (26 weeks ago)Estate agents said "NO" I cannot book a viewing without answering tedious questions! Intruding how all the positive reviews happen when they clearly don’t prioritise sellers. I just called to book a viewing for tomorrow for a property on Abbeville Road. When I was asked what I’m looking for in a property, I said it changes and and I have a meeting in 7 minutes so I’m happy to answer this question during the viewing. Just not now. The agent was RUDE and insisted I should tell him my criteria which I just am not sure about. In the end I asked: I already told you which property I want to view. Can I book a viewing or not? He said "NO". I hung up. I feel sorry for the property seller because this is how the estate agent is selling the property: Adhering to pointless textbook questions while sabotaging a real sale opportunity.

As we were going to be living abroad, it was our priority to find an agent we could trust to keep us fully informed and to make decisions in our absence. The Address did not let us down. The Address have also been our agents for the sale of this property. Even the most straight-forward of sales can become challenging and we would not have wanted to go through this process without their advice, support and professionalism. As both landlord and seller, we would not hesitate to recommend their services and thank them for all they have done for us.

They are not the cheapest but the service they provide is of a real premium standard. They are always quick, efficient, and professional in all dealings. They also have good business sense and connections. They generated far more interest on the sale of the property then another agent we had on a multi agent deal. Would recommend.
3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?
6th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!

Super reactive, he understood perfectly what I was looking for and suggested properties that met my criteria. He was quick to respond, arrange viewings, and follow up on any queries I had. Very professional, responsive, and understanding all at once. After having contacts with a bunch of agents that ended up being literally a waste of my time, I started growing kind of skeptical about what I could expect from an agent. I must say I was surprisingly overjoyed with Martin's assistance and have since shifted my opinion about the quality of service I can expect from an agent. Look no further and ask for Martin's contact at Foxtons Wimbledon if you're looking for first-class service and are perhaps in a rush to find the next property that will suit you.
