14th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold. Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert. But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude. Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings. Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine. Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

24th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Although efficient I didn’t feel they were working to my benefit and favoured the buyers expectation and wishes to get a quick sale. This made it a very stressful experience and that as a single female my voice was dismissed by pushy men.
21st Feb 2017 (7 years ago)I was able to view a house on a Saturday with Vee( staff) and moved in a week later as she promised. No one is perfect. I love you guys. You helped me to put my life back on track. God bless you all.

(1 reviews)2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Very bad service, lost tens thousands on tenant who did not pay them the rent, they did nothing had to chase constantly, very poor service by the male owner, not professional at all, they did not serve documents on bad tenants, lack of knowledge and would never use them or trust them. Had to get legal on them to gt anything. Aggressive owner and unprofessional disgusting behaviour.
