17th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)I've been very impressed by the way Adam and Statons deal with there customers, Adam is a leading sales agent and a extremely experienced property advisor, but apart from this, he's a very nice human being. He sold our house in record time and for the record amount in our area. At all times he was very respectful of our wishes and any concerns we may of had. Each time we have delt with Statons over the years it has always been a good experience leading to a satisfactory conclusion. If you are thinking of buying selling, or renting your home, I would thoroughly recommend them.

Friendly, professional, honest and knowledgeable. The aspect I was most impressed with was the communication, he kept me up to date every step of the way with phone calls and emails. Thank you Rocco

When showing me around the property he was able to answer any questions I had and helped me set up meetings with other flatmates to introduce myself. He made the transition when moving house significantly less stressful.
28th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)Somewhat disappointing and underwhelming experience on our house sale, albeit during a difficult economic climate. Lack of communication was a let down, I suspect they are lettings specialists and don’t have the same expertise as other agencies where sales are concerned.

The agents are uninformed even about the basic details about the flat like the area measurements. We had a very unpleasant experience with them recently and would not suggest going for this viewing company.

While they aren't the cheapest around, they had an honest discussion about the price point given my timelines and then were able to get several offers meaning I was able to exceed asking price. It was then a difficult sale (solicitors not communicating effectively), but Tom from Cousins was there whenever needed to translate between them and actually keep things moving. I would highly recommend Cousins to sell a property in the area.

12th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)Worst letting agent that I have ever dealt with! Warren is unprofessional and lies. Was promised an inventory would be done over and over again. This did not happen. He then lied and told us that "we" said the property was to old for one (it was built in the 60's!). Why would we do that when its in our best interest to have one! Needless to say the property was left in a state! Do yourself a favour and either rent with another agent, who knows what they are doing or do it yourself on Open Rent.
