7th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)I came from work and some horrendous retired cleaner made up story I pushed her. Together with agents they behave and work like some Brazilian tribe.And than some mentally enslaved on spectrum flatmate want to throw away my post.
22nd Aug 2024 (29 days ago)Went with bairstow eves as a big company but the manager George of this branch is hard to contact and has been unhelpful and quite abrupt at times. Still waiting for a copy of our contract since June 2024. Accepted an offer on our property and it was put as sold and not under offer or subject to contact. Buyer pulled out at last minute with no excuse. Since then had 2 viewers but absolutely no feedback from the company. Left messages and gone to branch but no communication happening. Very disappointed with George putting it mildly but Joni and Ben very nice and helpful. Please communicate all let us know what’s happening and where’s the contract. At our age we want a peaceful and happy life not a stressful one.

He was very lovely and even engaged with my son (about football ????????), when I brought him with me to collect my car. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
9th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Anthony is a dishonest man. His team, including Lucy Neil, have been awful to deal with. They scam tenants and never fix any issues or escalate them to the landlord. Very dishonest bunch who should be avoided.

5th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
