20th Sep 2019 (5 years ago)So many problems and issues with this agent, god knows why they are still trading . If you are a landlord, please avoid this agent at ALL COSTS if you are intending to let your property out. I have now moved my properties to another agent as Arlington estates had not paid me 3 months rent and in the end decided to move to another agent. Still, they have not given me the outstanding July rent ( its now September) and Amit, the owner is avoiding me. Don't know how to get the rent off this agent now? The tenants are also annoyed as well because they had paid the rent on time to Arlington and were surprised that Arlington have still not paid me. AVOID.

18th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.
19th Jun 2024 (13 weeks ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!Barbara was acting as our letting agent, the property was handed back to us in a terrible state, furniture, walls and floors all damaged. We have had to fit a new bathroom, new flooring, buy new furniture and repaint the entire flat. During the course of the tenancy she didn’t allow us to visit the flat always making excuses as to why her sub tenants don’t want us there. She has refused to answer any of my calls and emails. She sent one email to say the company you had an agreement with as the ‘tenant ‘ has ceased operating and that was all. Do not hand your property to her if you are a Landlord as all she cares about is offering you a low guarantee rent and then placing anyone in the flat so she is in profit.

Most of the London agencies are so busy and not too patient with the people who do not have lots of budget to make decision- this was what i thought before i met Liv international people. Anastasia was super friendly and nice lady that I wish I could even be friend with. Even if I had so many requirements with tight budget looking for a one bed room flat in St. john's wood area, (I assume there are lots of high profile clients with big budget as I felt from the attitude of other agencies that I had viewings before), she and her team was very friendly and patient trying to find me the place to call home. I very much appreciate their effort and kindness. Wishing Anastasia and her friendly team all the best luck during this difficult time! thank you :)

1st Sep 2024 (19 days ago)Lack of feed back on viewings Turning up late for viewings Manager never checked to see how I'm getting on. No assurance No data updates on people interested in property. Manager had left and no courtesy call to advise. Not a good experience at all, felt let down.

Tom and his team are great to work with and their fees are far more reasonable than other ‘household’ names in the business. Who says you need to pay more for a personal touch? Highly recommended to any homeowner looking to become a landlord.
